Making my birthday cookies, Part 2

Stir the batter as much as you can with that cheap spoon.



While you're resting, get out the biscuit pan, which also serves as a cookie pan.



Yes, it has been around a while.

Add some flour to the batter, and stir with your hands.



I hope you washed your hands before you started this mess.

At some point, just stop. Put the batter on the cookie pan. You know the drill. All at once. With a great flomp.



Put the soon to be cookie in the oven at a temperature higher than you'd expect.



Prepare to lick out the pot while the cookie bakes.



This might be the best part.
