Having spent time on several campuses in this state, I can relate. Parking on any campus is a nightmare.
But get this. Those Nobel Laureates have to renew the permit each year!
Somewhere there's a university administrator doing some serious chuckling over that. I'm thinking this one is worthy of Vogon poetry.
